These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Arbilis, LLC ("Pure Greetings", "we", "us"), owner of the PureGreetings™ trademark. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You need an account to check out. Keep your password private and your details accurate; you are responsible for orders placed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering on behalf of a business, to place an order.

Custom orders and your proof

  • Every card is printed to your specifications. Before you check out, please review the on-screen preview carefully, including the greeting, spelling, names, ink color, finish, quantity and any logo or signature.
  • Previews are a close guide, not an exact match. Printed colors, paper texture and especially raised foil can look somewhat different from what you see on screen.
  • Our team reviews each design before printing and may contact you if something looks wrong, for example a low-resolution logo. We print what you approved, so we are not responsible for errors in content you supplied or approved.

Content you upload

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, signature, text or other content you add to your cards, and that it is not unlawful, defamatory or infringing. You give us permission to use that content only to produce and ship your order. We may decline or cancel an order whose content we consider inappropriate or infringing, with a full refund.

Our designs

All card designs, artwork, layouts and website content belong to Arbilis, LLC and are protected by copyright. Buying cards gives you the right to send those printed cards; it does not let you copy, reproduce or resell the designs or artwork in any other form.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and depend on the design, finish (standard or raised foil) and quantity. Raised foil is available in quantities of 100, 250 or 500 cards.
  • Applicable sales tax and the shipping method you choose are added at checkout. Promotional codes have their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
  • Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
  • If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before printing, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Production and shipping

  • Orders usually print within 4 business days after our review. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, especially during the busy holiday season.
  • Delivery times for ground, 2 Day Air and Next Day shipping begin once your order ships, and depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
  • We ship within the contiguous United States and can't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Please make sure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs are your responsibility.
  • You can follow your order from review to delivery in My Account, and we will email you tracking details when it ships.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

  • Because every order is custom made, you can change or cancel it only before it goes to print. Contact us as soon as possible; if your order is still being reviewed, we will cancel it with a full refund.
  • Once printing has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind or for errors in content you approved.
  • If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted through our error, or the order is incomplete, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint the affected cards or refund them.

Limitation of liability

The website and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as cards that arrive after an event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the website: for example, by trying to access other customers' orders or files, interfering with its security or operation, scraping or copying our designs, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order, and the "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
