Arbilis, LLC ("Pure Greetings", "we", "us"), owner of the PureGreetings™ trademark, designs and prints custom greeting cards. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
  • Order and shipping details: recipient name, phone number and shipping address, the shipping method you choose, order notes, and your saved shipping address if you keep one on your account.
  • Card content: the greeting, ink color, finish and other choices you make, plus any logo or signature image you upload to print on your cards.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and security code are entered directly into Stripe's secure form and never reach our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and the email address you give Stripe.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
  • Technical information: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your cart, and standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

  • To create, print and ship your cards, including reviewing your design before it goes to print.
  • To take payment and prevent fraud.
  • To send transactional emails, such as your order confirmation, order status updates, shipping and tracking details, password resets and replies to your messages.
  • To provide your account, saved designs, favorites and order history.
  • To keep the website secure, fix problems and improve our service.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

If you join our mailing list, we will send you announcements and seasonal offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the business:

  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Our print partner, which receives your card's print files to produce your order.
  • Shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS), which receive the recipient's name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
  • Resend, our email delivery provider, to send transactional emails.
  • Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our contact form from spam. On that page, Google collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and handles it under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Your designs and uploads

Logos, signatures and greetings you add are used only to produce and show you your own cards. Preview images shown to you are low-resolution proofs, and the print-ready files stay with us and our print partner.

How long we keep it

We keep order records, including shipping details and print files, for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle reprints and questions, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Unfinished designs that you discard are removed from your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).

Security

The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, passwords are hashed, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to the people who need it to serve you.

Your choices and rights

  • You can view and update your account and saved shipping address in My Account.
  • You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as completed orders, where the law requires.
  • Depending on where you live (for example, California or other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Children

This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will let account holders know by email.
